This course is an innovative course designed in accordance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines and standards. Your training draws upon various disciplines including moral psychology, conflict management, social-learning and more to shape your understanding of ethical leadership coaching.

The ethical leadership coach training is designed in accordance with coach competencies as per International Coach Federation (ICF) professional and ethical standards. It is vital for organisations that leadership and workplace coaches receive training in accordance with the highest standards in the industry.  

Achievement of an ICF approved coaching course is essential for leadership and organisational coaches who plan to work with local, national or global businesses.  

The qualification will enable coaches to fulfil the in-house and external functions for supporting talented executives, emerging leaders and professionals. 

To participate in the ethical leadership coach training you need to demonstrate vocational competency in your proposed coaching area. This can be demonstrated by providing an up-to-date resume highlighting relevant career history, professional credentials, coaching units (from an approved or non-approved provider), and any organisational coaching experience. We can assist you to identify your eligibility in your initial consult. 

The Ethical Leadership Coach training is designed to provide you with the skills and capabilities to conduct the coaching initiative as an in-house or external coach. Your coach training includes these key competencies:

  • ORGCOA101 Demonstrate your understanding of the role and process of coaching for growth
  • ORGCOA102 Apply primary coaching models, questioning techniques and interventions
  • ORGCOA103 Identify learning, behavioural preferences and strengths  for effective coaching
  • ORGCOA104 Develop coaching skills to enhance critical thinking skills in leaders  
  • ORGCOA105 Develop skills to coach ethical decision-making and corporate social responsibility 
  • ORGCOA106 Demonstrate coaching skills in self-awareness and emotional intelligence 
  • ORGCOA107 Apply new skills in coaching leaders through tensions and conflicts
  • ORGCOA108 Coach leaders to foster a positive ethical and high performing workplace culture

The Leadership and Workplace Coach training is a blended learning program that combines:

1.  Live teaching from your trainer
2. Group practice sessions
3. Practical coaching practice

You will attend 5 day coach intensive training over 3 weeks so as to allow for assessments to be completed between units.

Location
All sessions are delivered via Zoom to allow for interstate and international students.

In-house training
The business and leadership coaching course can be customised to suit your organisation and delivered in-house.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
This coach training program is mapped to International Coach Federation coach competencies. If you have undertaken coach training at an ICF accredited or non-ICF accredited school please contact ilse@keystoneenterprisetraining.com.au to discuss the RPL process.

Assessment
Students have up to 6 months to complete their assessments which includes:

  • 4 coaching demonstrations
  • 10 mentoring sessions with one of our ICF coaches.
  • Submission of 12 straight-forward knowledge papers
  • Final performance evaluation
