Our business and leadership coach training is designed in accordance with stringent standards of the International Coaching Federation and is in the process of becoming accredited as a coach education provider.
The course includes practical assessments of your coaching and short-written assessments.
Our course curriculum, training and mentoring is guided by the International Coaching Federation coach education provider standards. We also follow business and leadership ethical guidelines.
Ilsé holds a range of credentials including a Masters in Leadership (by Research), Certificate IV in Workplace Coaching, Certificate III in Small Business Franchising, a BA in Legal Studies and International Politics. She is currently renewing her Cert IV in Training and Assessing.
This is a brand new program which is based upon similar business and leadership coaching programs delivered over the last 14 years.
