Keystone's founder
Ilsé Strauss is a leadership researcher with a special interest in leadership behavioural ethics. Ethical and responsible principles are a fundamental aspect of Keystone’s programs which makes our programs unique. Since 1996, Ilsé has launched successful franchises and provided education to leaders. She has a degree in Legal Studies & International Politics and is currently completing her Master’s at Murdoch University in the School of Business. If she is not meandering the hills of Perth with her husband and three kids, she is researching and curating responsible leadership programs for the community and marketplace.
